Old School Iaido Kata - Muso Shinden Ryu

I found this old school video of the Muso Shinden Ryo. As a practitioner of MSR I really enjoyed this one. Hopefully you will too.

Aikido and Live Blade Practice.

Some time ago I started taking iaido classes in conjunction with my aikido training. I found that training with a live blade gave a sharpness, no pun intended, to my iai kata and thus to my aikiken. I would recommend iaido practice to any aikidoka, I believe it has given my practice a bit more focus.
